王石社交媒體發(fā)文疑自證 此前有失聯(lián)傳言流出

　近日，王石在朋友圈和視頻主頁更新了最新動(dòng)態(tài)，疑似回應(yīng)失聯(lián)傳言。

　　王石在發(fā)布的騎行視頻中專門標(biāo)注了時(shí)間為1月30日，當(dāng)日他在深圳馬巒山騎行14.44公里，歷時(shí)兩個(gè)小時(shí)。

　　他還發(fā)布朋友圈：“現(xiàn)實(shí)與魔幻（02）01月30日晨，深石集團(tuán)總辦團(tuán)建——公路/山地自行車20公里??手機(jī)在自行車賽裝的后背袋，行進(jìn)中，手機(jī)像失控的震顫，沒有理睬??結(jié)束行程，一身臭汗，豈一個(gè)‘爽’了得！打開手機(jī)，喔，這么多哥們兒短信！簡單的問詢：你在哪？！明白了，被老友記惦記著，謝！”

　　就在王石騎行當(dāng)天，萬科發(fā)布2025年度業(yè)績預(yù)告，預(yù)計(jì)2025年凈利潤虧損約820億元，上年同期虧損約494.78億元。

　　從萬科退休20天后，郁亮疑似失聯(lián)（觀察者網(wǎng)）

　　有市場消息稱，萬科前董事會(huì)主席、執(zhí)行總裁郁亮近期疑似失聯(lián)，時(shí)間已有半個(gè)月左右。

　　此時(shí)距離今年1月8日，郁亮因到年齡退休向萬科董事會(huì)辭去公司董事、執(zhí)行副總裁職務(wù)，剛剛過去20天。

　　值得注意的是，在郁亮公開宣布辭職的當(dāng)天，市場面的反應(yīng)就頗為微妙。就在其傳出失聯(lián)前不久，行業(yè)內(nèi)就有傳言稱，郁亮的退休安排是為了更好地進(jìn)行調(diào)查。

　　根據(jù)1月8日的辭職公告稱，在到齡退休之后，郁亮不再在萬科企業(yè)擔(dān)任任何職務(wù)。

　　觀察者網(wǎng)注意到，萬科集團(tuán)官網(wǎng)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的人員中，郁亮的照片已經(jīng)被撤下。

　　對于郁亮近期動(dòng)態(tài)，萬科集團(tuán)方面表示“并不清楚”，不予置評(píng)。

　　郁亮1965年出生，畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)，1988年南下深圳，1990年就加入了萬科，多年來負(fù)責(zé)財(cái)務(wù)方面工作。2001年開始擔(dān)任公司總經(jīng)理，之后開始主持萬科的工作。2017年在王石卸任之后，郁亮出任萬科董事會(huì)主席、CEO職務(wù)，被視為王石之后的“接班人”。

　　到2018年，郁亮就不再擔(dān)任萬科總裁職務(wù)。至2025年1月，萬科辭去董事會(huì)職務(wù)，再到今年初辭去在萬科的全部職務(wù)。

　　事實(shí)上，萬科核心管理層人員過去一年的變動(dòng)頗為劇烈。2025年1月27日，也就是春節(jié)前一天，萬科宣布當(dāng)時(shí)的董事會(huì)主席郁亮、總裁祝九勝、董秘朱旭三人集體辭職，之后深鐵董事長辛杰接任董事會(huì)主席職務(wù)。

祝九勝也是在這一時(shí)間段首次傳出失聯(lián)消息，但之后他便通過朋友圈發(fā)文的方式進(jìn)行辟謠。然而9個(gè)月之后，祝九勝在去年10月被曝已被采取刑事強(qiáng)制措施。

　　與此同時(shí)，從郁亮手中接任萬科董事主席職務(wù)的辛杰，也在這一期間被傳出被帶走的消息。

　　可以說，從萬科核心管理層去年年初至今，剛好一年的時(shí)間里，辛杰、祝九勝、郁亮已經(jīng)先后“失聯(lián)”。

　　同時(shí)，過去一年也是萬科大股東深鐵集團(tuán)給萬科提供借款最為頻繁的時(shí)間，根據(jù)萬科的公告顯示，深鐵在2025年至少提供了11筆借款，合計(jì)金額接近303億元。

　　就在1月27日晚間，深鐵集團(tuán)再度向萬科提供了23.6億元的借款，至此合計(jì)借款金額已經(jīng)超過326億元規(guī)模。

　　根據(jù)萬科公布的2025年第三季度業(yè)績，去年這家地產(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè)前9個(gè)月的營收合計(jì)為1613.88億元，同比下降26.61%；歸屬上市公司股東凈虧損280.16億元，同比下降56.14%。
